For several years our client, Car-O-Liner, sent us throughout the eastern US to photograph collision shop owners for a series of testimonial ads. Car-O-Liner, a Swedish company, is the manufacturer of precision collision shop equipment and their customers are the elite of car repair facilities. Robert Joyner, owner of Continental Collision, had a very large collection of light duty racks in his shop. The greatest cause of employee turnover in the industry is fatigue from working all day bending over vehicles. In his shop, all cars are lifted to comfortable height on Car-O-Liner racks, reducing fatigue and improving employee longevity. He turned a modest expense into a significant business advantage.
