What’s a photographer in Detroit doing shooting food for a company like Urbane Grain, based in San Jose, CA? A satisfied Michigan client recommended me to his brother in California. I shot a short video to promote Jim Olson's e-book of helpful advice for prospective brides about a year ago. See it on my company Facebook page. Later, he put me in touch with his brother, Paul, who had a regional product called Urbane Grain that was on it’s way to becoming a national brand. Paul shipped several packages of his products to me after we discussed his creative needs. Urbane Grain is a quinoa-based side dish that comes in several flavors, packaged in a two serving pouch. It’s prepared in a rice cooker or a frying pan as shown below. “So easy, even a photographer can make it” would make a perfect tagline. Look for it soon as it spreads eastward across the USA.
